1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup water
1 cup sour cream

1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º. Grease and flour an 11x13 inch pan. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the white cake mix, flour, sugar, and salt.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine water, sour cream, oil, almond, vanilla, and egg whites. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients and beat with an electric mixer on low until all the ingredients are combined but some lumps remain, about 4 minutes.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake until the top is a light golden brown and toothpick in center comes out clean, about 25 min (if using a 9x13 inch pan, may have to bake a little longer). Allow to cool before frosting.
