1 acorn squash, seeds removed; halved and bottom cut flat to lay evenly in oven
1 lb pork sausage with herbs (Thyme-Rosemary)
1 apple, diced
1 sweet onion
pecans
Cranraisins
Maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork sausage with apple and onion. Stir in pecans and Cranraisins.

Steam Acorn squash for 10 minutes. Fill squash cavities with pork mixture and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with Maple syrup.
