1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
1 onion (chopped fine)
1 green pepper (chopped fine)
1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
2 eggs
1 cube butter
1 pint sour cream
1-2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ onion and pepper in butter (set aside). In bowl, mix eggs, corn, Jiffy mix, onions, pepper, sour cream, and cheese. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350║. Top with more cheese, if you like, last 10 minutes of baking.
