2 pkg cream cheese (large)
⅔ C sugar
9 graham crackers (crushed)

1 pt sour cream (be sure sour cream is 2-3 days old pour off extra water
2 t sugar
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Have cream cheese at room temperature.
Add sugar and well beaten egg
Butter 8" pyrex dish and dust with crushed grah cracker crumbs and leave all crumbs on bottom of dish
Pour cream cheese mixture over crumbs and bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes.

Mix together topping mixture of sour cream, sugar, and vanilla
Pout topping mixture over cake after it has cooled.

Bake cake again in 400 oven for not more than 10 minuted

Cool and refrigerate until very cold. Keeps for days in refrigerator or freezer
