1 lb. ground beef
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large can whole tomatoes
26 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano

2 12 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Lasagna noodles

Mozzarella cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and drain. Mix meat with the rest of the ingredients and cook for 1 hour or until thick. In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs and parmesan cheese. Cook the noodles. Mix all together. Layers put sliced mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 1 hour.
