1 onion, chopped (optional)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1/2 lb. cabbage
2 tbsp. oil
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slices carrot and zucchini very thin. Shred cabbage.
Heat the oil in a thick skillet. Fry the onion, celery, carrot and zucchini over
high heat for 1 minute. Add cabbage, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 4
minutes. Stir in soy sauce just before serving.
