2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
2 or 3 mashed bananas – overly ripened are best
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
3 cups flour
3 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar & oil, beat in eggs, bananas and vanilla
2.Combine next three dry ingredients
3.Add dry to mixture alternating with buttermilk
4. Mix well and add boiling water
5. Top with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, pecans
6. Bake 40-45 minutes at 375
