1-2 bunches of broccoli, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 large red onion, sliced thin
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound cooked bacon broken into pieces
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together; set aside. Cook bacon and crumble. Chop vegetables. Mix vegetables, bacon and cheese together. Add dressing to mixture and toss to coat. Best when made the night before and flavors have had time to blend.

Again, I first had this at Thais' in Detroit. I have seen many versions of this salad, but I like this best.
