#1: 2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup diced celery
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-1/2 cups water


#2: 3 T butter
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 T dried parsley
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add all of #1 to soup pot and cook until vegetables are soft. Make the first 7 ingredients of #2 into roux in another pot. Cook several minutes. Add milk and thicken. Add #2 to #1. DO NOT BOIL! Add 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
