2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. mirin (sweet rice wine)
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. sugar
tsp. ginger
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:

Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add 1 tbsp. oil. When hot, add pork pieces and cook until done. Remove from pan and keep warm.

Add remaining tbsp. of oil, soy sauce, mirin, orange juice, sugar, ginger, and garlic to pan and bring to boil. Cook 3 minutes or until mixture is syrupy. Return pork to pan, turn to coat on all sides.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice or quinoa.
