Make one 9 inch pie crust.

1 can pure pumpkin
1/2 t. salt
2 or 3 eggs depending on size
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 ¼ t. cinnamon
½ t. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake 425º for 15 minutes then reduce to 350º for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Soft center will set when cooled.
