50 c splenda sugar
3 T flour
1/2 t salt
2 large eggs
1 c sour cream (Mexican)
1 t vanilla

* 8 c rhubarb (fresh or frozen), cut into 1/2-inch
1 c sugar
1/2 c splenda sugar
1/2 c water
3 T corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil rhuber, sugar, corn starch and water. Lower heat and after 10 mins take out 1/2 rhubarb and another 10 min (like jam)

2. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, salt, extracts, sour cream and flour together. Add over rhubarb on the raw pie crust.

3. Bake 10 min at 400F
30 min 350
