1 c. Sugar
1 c. creamy Skippy peanut butter (must be Skippy Creamy)
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate dough for easier handling, if necessary. Roll 1 tablespoon dough into a ball. Press down with a fork in a criss-cross pattern, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Watch carefully as they burn easily.
