3 c. cornbread mix
2 c. milk
c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, grated
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. cream style corn
c. Jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
c. pimiento
1 clove garlic, pressed

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 2 iron skillets or 2 greased 8x8x2 pans at 400 for 35 minutes.
