graham crackers
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. corn starch
4 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. water
Red food coloring
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Bake graham crackers mix first. Save 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs for top of cake. Mix the sugar, corn starch, rhubarb and water together. Add a few drops of red food coloring. Cool. Once cooled put rhubarb mixture on top of crust. Mix the vanilla pudding mix and put that on top of the rhubarb mixture.
