6 Eggs
2/3 cup Orange Juice
1/3 cup Grand Marnier
1/3 cup Milk
3 Tbs. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt
Finely grated orange peel of one orange
8 Thick slices of French bread
3 or 4 Tbs. Butter
Powdered Sugar
Maple Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat eggs and add orange juice, Grand Marnier, milk, sugar, vanilla, orange peel and salt. Mix well.

Dip bread in mixture, coating well.

Place in a single layer in a baking dish.

Pour remaining egg mixture over the top.

Cover, refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally until liquid is absorbed.

Melt butter in large skillet and cook until brown (about 8 minutes, then turn over).

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with warmed maple syrup.
