SPONGE CAKE

7 eggs separated
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. oil
pinch of salt
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. Beat egg yolks well, add sugar slowly, and add oil. Fold in flour, baking powder, egg whites and vanilla.

Use an ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes.
 

FROSTING

4 eggs separated
7 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
ground peanuts

Beat eggs white until stiff; set aside. Cream butter, powdered sugar and egg yolks. Add vanilla and salt. Lastly fold in beaten egg whites.
