Zucchini, 1 very large or 2 medium
2 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 to 2 lbs mozzarrella cheese
grated romana cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Slice zucchini lengthwise approximately 1/8" thick. Spray 13x9 baking pan. Alternate layers of zucchini, cheese and sauce. Be generous with cheese as this will be somewhat watery because of the zucchini's water content. Top off by sprinkling with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour with foil covering dish. Remove foil for last 10 minutes to brown cheese. Serve with hot Italian or garlic bread.
