4 cups Flour
2 cups Milk
3 Eggs
1 cup cubed Bread
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt bread. Add milk and eggs gradually until well combined.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Using a large spoon or an ice cream scoop, dip into hot water then into mix. Drop by spoonful's into boiling water. Cover and lower heat just enough for a low boil. Cook approx. 20 minutes. Makes approx. 20 dumplings
