1 PKG Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 T Oil
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in 3 quart bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 minutes. Divide dough into halves. Pat each half into 10 inch circle on lightly greased pizza pan with floured fingers. Spread tomato mixture over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 425 oven until cheese is lightly brown, 20-25 minutes
