1 cup long grain rice
2 cup chicken broth
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 T butter or margarine
1-1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add rice; stir until rice is coated in butter. Sauce until rice is opaque, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth and tomato sauce; stir well. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and salt; stir well. Let simmer for about 20 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
