1-1/2 lbs stew meat
2-1/4 cup tomato juice or V-8 juice
1 can beef broth
1 to 2 cup carrots
3 cup potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. instant tapioca

Mix all ingredients and bake in covered roaster about 2-1/2 to 3 hours at 350*
