Ĺ pint heavy cream
1 quart milk
2 eggs
Ĺ c sugar
1 tsp Watkins vanilla (yes, there is a huge difference)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the milk until it steams. DO NOT BOIL. Beat the eggs and mix in the sugar. Add to milk and stir until thickened. Do not overdo this. It is supposed to be the consistency of a shake. If you cook it too long it will curdle.
