2 pie crusts
¾ cup sugar
5 cups 1” slices peaches (about 5 med peaches)
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ cup blueberries
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the dough and lattice strips (see Lattice Pie Crust directions). Set aside and keep chilled. Preheat oven to 400º.

Toss the peaches, blueberries, sugar, flour and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Pour the filling into the prepared pie pan. Lay the lattice strips on top, following directions for Lattice Pie Crust. Chill for 10 minutes. Bake until fruit is bubbling and crust is golden brown – 50-55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The lattice crust creates a patchwork of baked fruit peeking from beneath strips of tender pastry. It’s just a little different taste than just a peach pie.
