6 - 7 potatoes
milk
butter
1 - 2 cans creamed corn
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper
onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Peel and cut potatoes in half: boil until soft enough to mash. Drain water; mash with milk and butter; set aside.
Cook ground beef with salt and pepper; drain the fat off. In 13 x 9 inch dish, spread creamed corn on the bottom of the dish, then lay the cooked meat on top. Spread mashed potatoes over all. Add a few chunks of butter across the top.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
Option:you can add chopped onion to either the meat while cooking or to your potatoes while mashing or to both for extra flavor!
