Cake:
1 cup prunes (1 junior baby food jar)
1½ cups sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans
1 tsp salt
1 cup Wesson oil
1 tsp soda

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp flour

Directions:

Cake:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs and prunes. Beat until well blended. Add nuts and pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 350º 35 minutes.

Topping:
Mix together and spread over top of cake when done. Replace again in oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
