2 C Shelled raw peanuts
1 C Sugar
1 C White Corn Syrup
1 T Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Butter baking sheet.
Mix peanuts, sugar, and syrup together in a heavy sauce pan.
Bring mixture to boil, stirring to hard rock stage (300 F)
Remove from heat immediately and quickly stir in baking soda.
It will foam.
Pour mixture onto buttered sheet.
When cool enough to touch, stretch to make as thin as possible.
When cold, break into pieces. Store airtight.
