ham (shank portion)

Glaze:
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
White vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Make glaze by mixing dry ingredients with enough vinegar to make a paste. Place ham, cut side down in foil covered roasting pan. Place glaze paste on tip of ham and let it spread while cooking. Bake at 350 for 3 hours.
