1 C. scalded milk
1/2 C. (1 cube) margarine
3/4 C. sugar
1 pkg. Yeast
3 eggs
1/2 t. salt
4 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together scalded milk, margarine and sugar.
To cooled mixture add cultured yeast. Next add eggs, salt and flour
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Stir with a spoon. Do not kneed.
Cover.
Let sit in refrigerator 12 hours or overnight.
Remove 2 of dough and roll out.
Allow to raise 2 hours. Spread melted butter over dough.
Cut dough in pizza fashion and then, from the outside, roll each wedge to the center.
If desired, shape into crescents. Bake at 350 F, for 15-20 minutes.
