1 large bag of fresh coleslaw cabbage
1 bottle of ranch bacon salad dressing
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix coleslaw cabbage, dressing, and apple cider vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. A tasty variation is to add chopped walnuts to the mix. Chill until ready to serve.

This is Jim's recipe. The name came from people commenting on the coleslaw....

At a family gathering, Barb asked who made the coleslaw. Jim said he had. Barb stated that the coleslaw was very good and the second best coleslaw she has had.

Another time at a home meal, Michele Glass Schmotzer was eating the coleslaw. Michele volunteered that the coleslaw was very tasty and was the second best coleslaw. Her favorite coleslaw has tomatoes in it.

Be sure to enjoy Jim's coleslaw. It is the best second best coleslaw in town!
