Crust:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup cold butter or margarine

Filling:
2 cups sugar
7 Tablespoons flour
1 cup whipping cream
3 eggs, beaten
5 cups finely chopped rhubarb

Topping:
6 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Combine flour, sugar; cut in butter till resembles coarse crumbles. Press into greased 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes.

Filling:
Combine flour and sugar. Whisk in cream and eggs. Stir in rhubarb. Pour over crust. Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes or till custard is set. Cool.

Topping:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla till smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over custard. Cover and chill. Store in refrigerator.
