3 to 4 C. fresh corn, cut from cob
4 slices bacon, finely chopped
4 to 6 green onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon crisp; remove and reserve. Add onions and garlic to pan; saute in bacon drippings until wilted. Add the corn, stirring and cooking until corn is tender and soft. Add crumbled crisp bacon bits, salt and pepper. Heat through to serve.
