5 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon yeast
16-20 ounces water.

Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a mixer bowl using dough hook. Add olive oil and water all at once. It should pick up all the flour and make a slightly sticky dough. Let rest 5 minutes, then turn on mixer for 1 minute. Let rest for 5 minutes, do one stretch and fold and refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove dough about an hour ahead of time and let warm to room temperature. Gently remove from bowl and divide in 3. Very gently stretch dough into shape. Sprinkle pan with corn meal and keep bottom of the dough well dusted with flour. 4 or 5 times to stretch. Contadina Pizza Sauce.
