1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
cup pineapple, crushed
cup bell pepper, minced
cup onion, minced
1 cup pecans, chopped finely

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cheese, pineapple, pepper and onion and shape in a ball. Roll in the nuts and cover in plastic wrap to refrigerate overnight. Serve with Ritz crackers.
