5 cloves fresh garlic (peeled, diced tiny)
1 cup vinegar
one ginger root (grated)
1 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in glass bowl and let sit at least 1 hour, preferably overnight. Pour excess into bottle and keep in the refrigerator.

Wonderful marinade for pork loin or duck. Exotic. Good sauce or dip for beef.
