2 9 or 10 ounce packages of fresh cheese tortellini
bag of fresh spinach
⅔ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
pint of cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
2 2 ounce cans sliced black olives
8 ounces sliced/diced pepperoni
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts, diced
fresh basil to taste
Italian salad dressing to taste

Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and cool slightly. Chop spinach into 1 or 2 inch pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
