6 hard-boiled eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp bacon bits
1 tbsp pickle relish
salt and pepper to taste
oregano or parsley to taste
paprika or olives to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
With a sharp knife, cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolk. In a resealable plastic bag, crumble the cooked yolks and add the remaining ingredients. Seal the bag and squish! Then cut off a corner of the plastic bag and squirt the filing into the egg white halves. Garnish with paprika (or a slice of olive, if you like olives).
