Hand cut potatoes
Water
Salt
Frying Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the hand cut potatoes and blanch for 4 minutes. Remove, drain and cool completely.

Preheat oil to 365 F.
Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden brown.

Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
