1 dozen rolls-scooped out (maybe two if you want to freeze)
1 lb. Ground chuck
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (I use only half)
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
Tony's Seasoning
1/2 cup cooked rice (might want to cook 1 cup)

Directions:

Cut end off roll and scoop out middle. Brown meat and onion. Add Velveeta Cheese until just melted. Add Tony's, rice, and broccoli. Stuff rolls and cook 10 minutes at 350º. The rolls may be frozen.
