1/2 c butter or margarine
2 c diced celery
1 c chopped onion
1/4 c all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 envelopes chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. curry powder
4 c milk
1 (5 3/4 oz) can pitted ripe olives, halved and drained (about 2 cups)
4 c diced cooked turkey or chicken

About 30 minutes before serving:
In a large skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook celery and onions until limp. Stir in flour, salt, bouillon and curry powder stirring until blended. Slowly stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Stir in olives and the turkey and heat through stirring occasionally.
