Ingredients: 2 Packags of Gardian beefless crumbles 1 large can of Tomato sauce 1 pack od cauliflower rice/ or a head of cauliflower-use chopper to chop into small pieces 2 pack of Field Roast CHAO-Tomato Cayanne cheese 1 field Roast sausage-Mexican chipotle(cut into pieces) 1/2 cup of onions 1 package of chili seasoning-*your choice hot or mild 1/2 cup of mixed peppers (yellow, red, green) 1/4 cup of sun dried tomatoes 1/2 cup of plum tomatoes 2 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon of turmeric black pepper to your liking a pinch of crushed red peppers-optional 4 teaspoons of Raw sugar-optional fresh Rosemary-3 stems 1 medium can of kidney beans 1 medium can of pinto beans 1medium can of black beans Himalayan salt to your liking

Directions:Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then coat with coconut oil or olive oil. Add beyond or gardian crumbles and field roast sausage. Cook for 10 minutes and then add peppers,onions, sundried tomatoes, rosemary, garlic and all seasonings. Add all beans-drain water off of them and add plum tomatoes . Add tomato sauce, 4 teaspoons of raw sugar, Field Roast CHAO-Tomato Cayanne cheese and mix up and cook and stir for 20 minutes . Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes, serve and enjoy!
*Cauliflower Rice- heat skillet at medium heat with coconut oil or olive oil. Rinse chopped cauliflower off and add it to pan. Cook for 10 minutes and serve with Chili. |
