Ingredients: 2 Packags of Gardian beefless crumbles 2 pack of Field Roast CHAO-Tomato Cayanne cheese 1 pack of follow your heart Smoked Gouda cheese 3 cups Ripple-Original Diary Free Plant Based Milk fresh salsa 1/2 cup of onions 1/2 cup of peppers mixed peppers( red, green &yellow) 2 garlic cloves 1 can of black beans or kidney beans Black pepper- to your liking Crush red peppers -optional Himalayan salt to your liking I bag of wheat tortilla chips

Directions:Heat skillet on medium-low with olive oil or coconut oil. Add beefless crumbles cook for 10 minutes. Add onions, garlic, peppers and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes. Add 3 cups of Ripple and cheeses and black beans or kidney beans. Cook until cheese has melted and mix is smooth. Add salsa mix and cover for 5 minutes. Dip tortilla chips are for dipping into Rotel. Serve and enjoy! |
