Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower (broken into small florets) ¼ cup Ripple-Original Diary Free Plant Based Milk ½ cup of wheat flour 2 tablespoons sweet paprika 1 tablespoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon smoked paprika ½ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste) 1 teaspoon himalayan salt ½ cup of hot sauce-Louisiana

Directions:Preheat oven to 450°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Add all ingredients except cauliflower to a large bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed and it has a consistency of cake batter. Chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces and coat each piece with the Buffalo Sauce. Place battered pieces onto a cookie sheet. Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets, making sure that the florets do not touch one another. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes flip all cauliflower pieces, and bake for additional 15-20 minutes or until crisp on the edges. They will not get crispy all over while still in the oven. . Remove from the heat and let stand for 3 minutes to crisp up a bit more. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with the sauce. Serve and enjoy |
