1 cup cooked wheat berries ( follow pk instructions) pressure cooking is best
1 can black beans drained
2 cans red kidney beans drained
2 large tomatoes chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 med..white onion chopped
1 tbsp fire roasted green chilies
1 tbsp olive oil
6 cups warm water
2 tbsp better than bouillon no beef base
2 cups marinara sauce ( I prefer the spicy kind)
1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce( amazon and whole foods has it)
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp coco powder
2 tbsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp brown sugar
1 bunch of cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the tomatoes,garlic ,onion and fire roasted chilies in olive , Cook until onions are translucent.Add them to a crock pot or pressure cooker . Add all the rest of the ingredients as well. If cooking in a crock pot cook at least 4 hours. If in a pressure cooker use the chili button (Instant pot is the best). Garnish with fresh cilantro.
