1 package German Chocolate cake mix
3/4 c melted butter
1 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs
14 oz package of caramels
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry cake mix, melted butter, eggs and 2/3 c evaporated milk. Pour 1/2 batter in greased 9X13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Pour evenly over baked cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Pour remaining batter over top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
