½ lb ground ham
½ lb ground beef
½ ground pork
1 large egg, beaten
½ c graham cracker crumbs
⅓ c milk
½ tsp onion powder, not onion salt
¼ tsp garlic powder, not garlic salt

Sauce:
1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
¼ c brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard powder
2 tbsp cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Combine all meatball ingredients. Form into 2" balls.
3. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature is 170º.

To make sauce:
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil while stirring with a wire whip.
2. Pour over meatballs or serve sauce on the side.
