Ingredients:  
Sweetener equivalent to 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
(Or just use 1 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice)
Egg substitute for 2 eggs
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 12 oz can fat free evaporated milk

Directions:

Mix sugar salt and spices in small bowl. Beat eggs in
large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar/spice mixture.
into sprayed pie plate.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 min or until knife comes out clean.
