2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup lemon juice
Tabasco
1 cup Water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Worcestershire
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon celery seed
2 racks baby back ribs
Liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except for ribs and liquid smoke.

Cook sauce until thick over very low heat.

Baste back ribs in liquid smoke.

Brown for 45 minutes at 400 deg.

Drain off fat and baste with sauce.

Bake on low heat for several hours or at 325 for at least 2 hours.

Continue baste about every 15 to 30 minutes until sauce thickens on meat.

I usually bake at 250 degrees When I bake on low heat and will let bake for about 4 hours.
