Ingredients:  
1 med onion, chopped
˝ cup chopped celery
1 can (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 small jar (8 oz) Cheese Whiz OR 2 small jars of Kraft old english cheese spread (I use the Old English cheese).
1 ˝ cups cooked minute rice (Add 1 chicken bouillon cube to water when cooking rice)
1 pkg chopped Broccoli (10 oz) thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery in butter (2 Tablespoons) for about 5 min (Do Not Brown)

Add soup diluted with1/2 can of water.

Add milk, cheese and stir until smooth.

Add cooked rice, broccoli and mix well.

Pour in greased 2 qt casserole and bake 350 for about 60 minutes (for until golden and bubbly).

This can be assembled ahead of time and
frozen. I make double at Thanksgiving and freeze half for Christmas dinner.

Thaw and bake.
