6 Quarts popped corn
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Coat bottom of large roasting pan with vegetable spray. Place popcorn in roasting pan.

In heavy pan, melt butter. While stirring, bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Stir in baking soda and vanilla, Pour over corn, Mix well.

Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove and cool. Break apart to eat.
